Symptom

  • User cannot logon to the SAP Cloud ALM tenant with their S-User ID or S-user credentials (e-mail + password).
  • Using S-user credentials to logon to SAP Cloud ALM shows error message "Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again."
  • User can only logon to the SAP Cloud ALM tenant by repeatedly using the "Forgot Password" link in the logon page to reset their password.
