Is it possible to change the password policy layout inside External Career site?

Resolution
At the moment, the layout of the password policy statement can't be modified. The page will only reflect each parameter set within Password Policy Settings; refer to KBA 3044376 - Enhanced External Password Policy Configuration - Recruiting Management to review how to set each criteria.
