3117977 - Fail to create route from a higher site version to a lower site version - SRS 16.0

Symptom

When creating a route from a higher site version RepServer (SRS 16.0 SP04 PL01) to a lower site version RepServer (SRS 16.0 SP03 PL06), the following errors are reported in the lower version RepServer:

   ERROR #28098 SUB(rs_objects0_at_16777320) - eneric/sub/sub_mat.c(16390)
   Select of subscription data failed at primary database <PRS_servername.upstream_RS_RSSD> for subscription <rs_objects0_at_16777320>
   for replication definition <rs_objects> with replicate at <RRS_servername.downstream_RS_RSSD>

   ERROR #1028 SUB(rs_objects0_at_16777320) - eneric/sub/sub_mat.c(16390)
   Message from server: Message: 32, State 0, Severity 12 -- 'Unknown rpc received.'.
