3118037 - Open Database Explorer fails with "Request failed: Internal Server Error URI" from HANA Cockpit

When try to open Database Explorer or SQL Console from HANA Cockpit, the following error occurs.

You have tried the following solutions, but none of them solve the error.
1.Restarting HRTT related apps (e.g hrtt-core and hrtt-service).
2.Restaging hrtt-service (command: xs restage hrtt-service).

In the log of hrtt-service, it shows the following error messages.
