3118378 - Scheduled Import Job failure at PGP Key decryption - Platform

Scheduled import job fails with error-> "PGPDecryptKeyImpl: Failed to decrypt PGP key ".

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

• Check the extended Job details for the failed job.
• It will have following error- "com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: PGPDecryptKeyImpl: Failed to decrypt PGP key"
      
  
  

This can happen in Import jobs that have PGP encryption enabled, if the input file for the job has not been encrypted with the correct PGP key.

The correct key should be downloaded from from Admin Center -> Security Center, and then used for import input file encryption. If same import job error still persists even after that, please contact customer support
