Is it possible to change the logo for Recruiting Email Triggers on system with multiple companies?

There is not a way to do that.

As the LOGO is populated via Token from the system, the logo will always be populated with the same logo from Company System and Logo Settings.

Still there would be the possibility to use the logo as a hosted image on SFTP, and then add the image into multiple templates, but the limitation on this case would be on Recruiting Email Triggers that always trigger the same template, and can only have one template selected per trigger.
