3118463 - Automatic Goods And Services Receipts Flag Missing On The Purchase Orders

Symptom

Automatic Goods and Services Receipts flag is missing on the Purchase Orders.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
  2. Go to the New Purchase Order common task.
  3. Click on the View All button.
  4. Go to the Items tab.
  5. Click on the Add Row button.
  6. Select a Product ID.

See that on the Basic Data tab, Follow-up Documents section, the flag 'Automatic Goods and Services Receipts' is missing.

Cause

The field does not appear because it has to be selected in the Personalization/Adaptation mode.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, execute the following steps:

  1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
  2. Go to the New Purchase Order common task.
  3. Click on the View All button.
  4. Go to the Items tab.
  5. Click on the Avatar button.
  6. Click on the Start Personalization Mode option.
  7. Click on the Follow Documents option.
  8. Mark the Automatic Goods and Services Receipts UI element as Visible.
  9. Click on the Save button.

This selection can also be done via the Key User settings > Start Adaptation mode.
