Symptom
Automatic Goods and Services Receipts flag is missing on the Purchase Orders.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
- Go to the New Purchase Order common task.
- Click on the View All button.
- Go to the Items tab.
- Click on the Add Row button.
- Select a Product ID.
See that on the Basic Data tab, Follow-up Documents section, the flag 'Automatic Goods and Services Receipts' is missing.
Cause
The field does not appear because it has to be selected in the Personalization/Adaptation mode.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, execute the following steps:
- Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
- Go to the New Purchase Order common task.
- Click on the View All button.
- Go to the Items tab.
- Click on the Avatar button.
- Click on the Start Personalization Mode option.
- Click on the Follow Documents option.
- Mark the Automatic Goods and Services Receipts UI element as Visible.
- Click on the Save button.
This selection can also be done via the Key User settings > Start Adaptation mode.
