3118524 - Installmaster (and any other install scripts) must be run as ‘sa’ - SAP ASE

DBA user with the same privileges as user "sa" will fail to run the installmaster script.

EXECUTE AS OWNER procedures cannot be executed if created by an alias or with
the SETUSER command when the procedure has SQL statements that reference objects
across databases. Drop and recreate the procedure from a non-impersonated
session.
