3118595 - Unable to access users list even though the user had read permission in SAP Analytics Cloud.

• "You have no authorization to access" error message occurs while navigating to Security >> Users.
• Unable to access users list from main menu.
• The user is given Read permission on users.

SAP Analytics Cloud.

1. Login to SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Navigate to Main Menu >> Security > Users.
3. Error occurs.

• The Read permission lets you see a list of users in a dialog; for example, when choosing which users to share a story with, or when choosing users to add to a team.
• This is the expected behaviour

To access the Security >> Users page, you need the Read permission, plus one of the Create, Update, or Delete permissions. If you have only the Read permission, you won't be able to view that user list.
