Symptom

You already setup the "Client Certificate Authentication" as described in the SAP note 2805811 - How to enable client certificate authentication for technical communication users.

Different from ABAP systems (ERP, Netweaver) in Solution Manager you also need to consider about the Webservices used for the Support Hub connection.
