3118728 - C4C Sales Quote Quick View: ID Field Does Not Have A Hyperlink

You have moved the ID field in the Sales Quote Quick View to the Primary Title and notice that it does not show as a hyperlink.

 SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Open Adaptation Mode.
2. Sales workcenter ->  Sales Quotes View.
3. Click the ID Field in list to open the Quick View.
4. Choose the ID field under Details Tab and Move it to Primary Title under "Section".
5. You notice that the ID is not showing as hyperlink, unlike other views such as Sales Orders.

In Sales Quote TI, ID field is a static text control. For Static text control, we cannot provide hyperlink behavior.

This is the expected behavior as per the design. If you would like to see it changed within the system, we would kindly ask you to raise this idea in our Influence Forum.
