1 Payslips Message Display

1.1 Notifications

It is possible to display messages on the payslip. These can be individual to the employee or for the entire company.

Pre-requisite: Space must have been allowed for the display of messages on the payslip stationery and the SAP form should be configured accordingly to permit the display of the appropriate message types. You may need assistance from your implementation partner to configure your payslip for messages in SAP.

1.1.1 Personal Notifications

Infotype 0128 – Notifications can be created for individual employees.

Menu Path: Human Resources > Personnel Management > Administration > HR Master Data > Maintain

Select ‘Personal Notification’

Enter a Short Title for the message and then enter the message text you wish to be displayed on the payslip.

1.1.1 General Notifications

Sometimes you need to send the same message to a group of employees. This can be done using General Notifications.

Menu Path: Tools > Form Printout >SAP Script > Standard Text

Enter the text ID as ‘HR_G’ and then click on the drop-down menu for field ‘Text Name’.

Click to display the text message already created.

Select the text you want to display/change and click or

If the message you want to send hasn’t already been created, then enter a ‘Text Name’ for your message and click .

Enter the required text and click

Using Fast Data entry you can select the employees you want and the message to be printed.

Menu Path: Human Resources > Personnel Management > Administration > HR Master Data > Fast Entry

Select the Notification Infotype and then the standard Fast Data Entry selection features to select the population of employees and the message text to be created.
