3118801 - Condition update does not consider maximum condition value

Symptom

To condition 'XYQZ' maximum condition base value of 10 is maintained in VK12.
If the cumulative value of the orders is above 10 then condition should not be considered.
During sales document creation 'XYQZ' is fully considered although the condition base is exceeded.
