One or more parameters in compliance rule refer to an unavailable or inactive object.

Try to create a new rule for the compliance forms (I-9 or E-Verify) to get triggered, we find Compliance Process is no longer available and is no longer the base object for "ComplianceFormEnablementConfigRule" scenario.

1.Navigate to configure business rule and view ComplianceFormEnablementConfigRules 

2.If we try to create a new rule for the compliance forms (I-9 or E-Verify) to get triggered, we find Compliance Process is no longer available and in fact it is no longer the base object for "ComplianceFormEnablementConfigRule" scenario

Rule context changed for Trigger Compliance Forms rule.

For existing "Trigger Compliance Form" rules which were already configured using 'ComplianceProcess' base object will show a pop-up saying the ComplianceProcess object is no longer the part of this rule scenario either delete the rule or edit it. So, a new rule must be configured by deleting this rule and need to select this new rule from Compliance Settings page.
