3119429 - Query with hierarchy dumps

1. Programming error in CL_BICS_RS_RENDERER-CREATE_MEMBERS_TABLE is raised when executing a BW-report which uses a hierarchy.
2. Programming error in CL_BICS_RS_RENDERER-CREATE_MEMBERS_TABLE is raised when expand nodes on a BW-report which uses a hierarchy
3. While defining a query, the node that is intended to be restricted does not appear to be available. The settings outlined in KBA 2933554 are followed, which enable the system to define this level of the hierarchy. Despite this, it does not expand to the desired node/leaf.
