After 20mn of inactivity, if candidates refresh the career site, they are redirected to another locale.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Go to the Career Site
2. Wait up to 20 minutes without activity
3. Refresh the page
4. The site will switch to another locale

After 20 minutes the session expires, so it no longer remembers the locale initially set, and it reverts to the default site.

It is currently the expected behavior.

Please note that it happens only if the candidate stays inactive on the career site, and any action extends the delay.

Also, career sites with only one locale are not concerned.
