3119468 - Circuit Breaker Form Document Error - Onboarding

Form Document is currently showing "The circuit breaker has detected a slowdown or stall in the pipeline. Therefore, it has closed the current connection and rejected new connection until the pipeline recover." on which the onboardee could not sign the form and proceed in Manage Pending Hires.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

To check:

1. Go to Onboarding Dashoboard

2. Go to the affected candidate and click on View Details

3. On the upper right, click on Action and click the affected document

4. You will see the document "The circuit breaker has detected a slowdown or stall in the pipeline. Therefore, it has closed the current connection and rejected new connection until the pipeline recover."

This is a PFS error message 

Please decline to generate pdf again and it will loop back and generate documents again for the candidate to sign it freshly.
