3119571 - Interoperability between SAP GUI DMS and Web-based DMS solutions

• User not able to access a file that was checked-out from Web-based DMS Solution when using CV03N SAP GUI
• Check-out path from Fiori DMS app is not available.
• below message pops up when try to open the file from WebGUI or FLP WebGUI tile (CV**N)
  

  An error message is displayed saying "Error: Front-End Service Method: Display file (URL) "...detailed path...".
  The path "...detailed path..." contains forbidden characters, is too long, or has an invalid format.
  (Absolute paths must start with Z:\ or z:\ in Microsoft Windows, and with /Z/ for other operating systems.)
