3119612 - No Authorzation to activate view xxxxx in Custom CDS View : to be deprecated app

Edit a CDS View in the Custom CDS Views (To be Deprecated) application and save the draft version, it would fail with error message below.

1. Edit a CDS View in the Custom CDS Views (To be Deprecated)
2. Click the "Save Draft" button
3. Popup error message "No authorization to activate view XXXXXXXX, Draft of Custom CDS View XXXXXXXX could not be saved "

• Using "Custom CDS Views" application to be deprecated

• It is recommended to migrate the view to the new Custom CDS Views for better stability and performance, please check the help document link https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f69f8fb28ac4bf48d2b57b9637e81fa/2108.501/en-US/74f6dd476cd24db6936503f29eb2f005.html
• For example

1. Open the new Custom CDS Views application
2. Click on "Migrate Views" Button
3. Select the view from the list
4. Click to migrate
5. After Migration please go to edit mode for the view and perform the changes
6. Press Publish
