3119711 - SAP DM: Error data reader

When you refresh the data cache from an SQL datasource, the system repeatedly issues the error message "There is already an open DataReader associated with this command which must be closed first"

Sometimes, you can avoid this error by going back one step and repeating the refresh process.

Unfortunately, sometimes this error does not disappear and then the contents of the report data sources are moved.  As a result, the linked content no longer works correctly.
