Which IT security standards are respected for job boards integrated with SAP Recruiting Posting? Are there specific protocols and/or authentication methods set in place by SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting?

The job advertisements are supposed to be shared with the greatest audience possible and, therefore contain data meant to be published, i.e., public information.

Technical specifications related to a given job board integration depend on said job board’s capabilities in terms of technical infrastructure at a set date. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting does its best to use the most secure option offered by the job board and reacts with the necessary technical adjustments when a job board offers a more secure protocol/authentication mechanism.

Currently there are many different typologies of integration set in place with the job boards (e.g. XML Full Feed, API json/xml soap, FTP, SFTP)  and which may evolve in the future if job boards require so.
