3120095 - Article synchronization between SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Business One fails with "Server Error"

Symptom

You're trying to synchronize articles/items from the SAP B1 to the CCO, however, the synchronization fails.

In the log files, the following error is raised:

WARN  com.sap.scco.ap.pos.i14y.util.AbstractDTOService - an exception came up while retrieving all MaterialDTO from ERP (BusinessOne)
com.sap.scco.util.exception.XState: com.sap.scco.util.exception.XWebServiceException: Server Error
