• The upgrade is stuck at phase PREP_INPUT/ASCS_CHK with an error similar to the following:
  
  Last error code set:
  Again the ASCS Instance is not found at SUM instancelist. Check your system
  
  
• When you check the status of the instances (sapcontrol -nr <instance number> -function GetSystemInstanceList), you get the following result:
