3120350 - SAML2 transaction - Unable to change Assertion Consumer Service field to "Application URL"

Symptom

In the SAML2 transaction, it is not possible to change the Assertion Consumer Service field to "Application URL". Whenever an attempt is made to save this setting, it automatically reverts to "Default"
