3120424 - Post Action is Disabled in Goods and Services Receipt

You have created a new delivery document and entered all the necessary fields and trying to post a goods receipt but the post button is disabled or grayed out.

SAP Business ByDesign

1.  Go to Goods and Services Receipts work center
2.  Select view Receipts and Returns
3.  Select Show by Documents and open the delivery document id
4.  Post button is disabled.

You have not entered any quantity in one of the line items in the delivery document, which is why the post action is disabled because delivery document must contain a quantity that needs to be delivered.

Please enter a valid quantity in the delivery document for all line items and then try to post.
