Reports with aggregated calculated columns are getting aborted (offline) or not running online.

The same report is working for the same user in another instance.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Execute the affected advanced report with aggregated calculated columns offline
2. The job gets Aborted

OR

1. Execute the affected advanced report with aggregated calculated columns online
2. The reports takes a long time to be executed and then shows an error: Error rendering List Report component

System limitation.

Timeouts can happen when the report has aggregated calculated columns since every aggregated column causes a separate database query to be executed.

The execution of the report will depend on the RBP configuration, the data available in the company, company's configuration and the environment (Preview/Production). Because of it, sometimes the same report can work for the same user in one instance and doesn't work in another instance with the similar configuration.

Use Pivot queries instead of aggregated calculated columns. As it only requires a single database query to run .

Break the report in multiple parts and apply filter and reduce the volume of data.
