• How to download a Goods Movement Output Form in XML Format.

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to Post Goods Movement.
2. Choose Change / Material Document / Enter Material Document Number.
3. Go to the Output tab.
4. Click on Add Output.
5. Enter the Output Type / Channel and the Form.
6. Click on ‘Display Details’.
7. Enter the Print Queue : #&&DOWNLOAD_FORM_DATA_XML&&#.
8. Go Back – here you will see a popup regarding the print queue, press ok to this.
9. Press Post
10. Click on ‘Display Document’.
11. The form is then displayed in XML format.
