3120642 - S/4HANA Cloud 2111: Blank tiles in FLP classical home page

When loading the Fiori Launchpad, tiles are loaded but only the frames/outlines are visible. The text and icons are missing from the tiles, so they appear blank to user.

Issue occurs when user has "one group at a time" display mode for the classical Fiori Launchpad home page.

S/4HANA Cloud 2111

Correction is planned for 2111 HFC4. 

As a temporary workaround, it is possible to have end users set the display mode of the launchpad to "Show all content". 

1. Open Fiori Launchpad 
2. User Menu > Settings > Home Page, select Show all content.
