3120919 - Error messages being received when clicking on the Candidate Count on certain Job Requisitions

Symptom

An application error is being generated when you click into the candidate count on a certain Job Requisition. The error being generated contains the fingerprint=dbdade37d74cdb0e0762c63804f0fc2935c274c8

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click into the Recruiting tab
  2. Click the Job Requisitions tab
  3. From the list of Job Requisitions, click the candidate number on one of the Job Reqs
  4. Application error is generated with the fingerprint=9ef3517f8d26b0773b85ebf77f342fcef3ca6eec

Cause

The Job profile on the affected Job Requisition, has no job role associated, which is causing the issue. 

Resolution

On the affected Job Requisition, select any role to associate with the Job Profile, then save your changes. The issue should be resolved after.
