How to access and edit the employee portal URL to point to the correctly environment.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

To change the employee portal URL it's necessary to have access to super admin site (SAP Support or Partner) and follow this steps:

  1. Access customer Super Admin;
  2. Go to Employee Portal and a new tab will open;
  3. Click in "site action";
  4. Navigation;
  5. In the title and URL that will display click in edit;
  6. Then you can edit or enter the correctly URL to point to the properly environment;
  7. After that, click in save.
