3121090 - OnChange Rules on job information dropdown not working correctly

Symptom

An OnChange rule is set up for a drop-down in Job Information.

An OnView and OnInit rule is also set up for this field, so that if the option is set to 'No', it will hide another field until the option is set to 'Yes'. If it is set to 'Yes' upon loading, the other field will show, and when set to 'No', it will hide it. This is the expected behaviour.

However, when the field is set to 'No' and it's changed it to 'Yes', the other field does not show as expected. However, when the field is 'Yes' and set to 'No', the other field goes from being visible to not visible correctly.
