3121091 - Change the color of background blocks in employee portlets - Employee Central

The customer wants to change the background block color, but they didn't find this option in Theme manager feature.

1. Go to theme manager
2. Search for the option to change the background block color and you will not find it.

This is expected behavior of the system.

This can't actually be changed, everything else can but those block background colors, each block will always have to be a white background, there's no options to change that.
