You are querying Service Confirmation documents using SelectionByUUID, however, the system is not reverting the expected data.

Cause
To query Service Confirmations, it is required to pass both SelectionByID and SelectionByUUID as SelectionByID is mapped to ID and SelectionByUUID is mapped to UUID field of the business object.
Resolution
This is the expected system behavior.
Please pass both SelectionByID and SelectionByUUID tags.
