You are unable to perform changes in the Portal Ticket creation, since the layout changes are not getting saved.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Administration work center.
- Select the Service & Social view.
- Click on Portal Adaptation.
- Select Portal Queue and then Start Adaptation.
- Save the changes, the changes are not getting reflected.
The described adaptation feature is part of HCP app based portal integration. This application itself is getting retired this year. Due to that, the Adaptation feature has depreciated, meaning that no changes will be applied to the HCP app anymore.
