Symptom

  • The SuccessFactors Target Instance will be refreshed from a Source Instance.
  • The Identity Authentication (IAS) upgrade activity has already been completed on the Target instance.
  • The IAS upgrade activity has NOT been completed on the Source instance.
  • Wish to know, will the IAS configuration be retained after the refresh process has been completed.
