You can now see the following job statuses in the Job Posting Table:

• Credits error - The job board sends the feedback that you have consumed all your job board credits. Contact your job board to subscribe to a new contract, or purchase additional job board credits.
• Credentials error - The job board sends the feedback that your credentials are no longer valid. Provide valid credentials before removing the error.
• Technical error - The job board sends an unknown error message. The product and engineering team will work with the job board to resolve the issue.

Also, the administrator can now make the appropriate corrections and remove the error from the UI in Manage Recruiting Posting > My Job boards > Select the necessary Job board > Select the invalid "configuration" > Click Remove Error.

In case of credentials error, the administrator needs to retrieve the configuration data from the job board and amend it before trying to remove the error from the "Manage Recruiting Posting" interface.

Important point: Since Recruiting Posting September 2023 Release, customer are now able to click "remove error" button for "Invalid Configuration" if the issue is impacting the entire configuration of a job board. Prior to this release, the remove error button was available only for invalid configuration on the single posting. 

In case of credits error, the administrator needs to confirm with the job board first that an active contract is valid before trying to remove the error from the "Manage Recruiting Posting" interface.

If the technical error persists for more than 48 hours and the downloaded posting logs (See SAP Knowledge Base Article 3276360) do not show any specific error message, you can contact Product Support for further investigation.
