3121284 - SPAM/SAINT stops with the dump CALL_FUNCTION_PARM_UNKNOWN

Symptom

When you start SPAM/SAINT, it encounters the dump as below:

    Function parameter "IT_PAT13" is unknown.

What happened?
    Error in the ABAP application program.

    The current ABAP program "SAPLSPAM" had to be terminated because it found a
    statement that could not be executed.
    Function module "SPAM_CP_INCLUSION" was called with parameter "IT_PAT13".
    This parameter is not defined there however.

Error analysis
    An exception has occurred which is explained in more detail below. The
    exception is assigned to class 'CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_NOT_FOUND' and was no
     caught in procedure
    "SPAM_PATCH_LOGIC" "(FUNCTION)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause
    Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated this
    exception, the current program was terminated.
    The reason for the exception is:
    Function module "SPAM_CP_INCLUSION" was called with parameter "IT_PAT13".
    This parameter is not defined there however.
