Symptom
There are many CALL_FUNCTION_ACCEPT_FAILED shortdumps occurring in system. In transaction ST22 (shortdump analysis) the following error messages are visible:-

- CPIC-CALL: 'ThCMACCP', communication rc: CM_DEALLOCATED_ABEND (cmRc=17),taskhandler rc: READ_FROM_GW_FAILED (thRc=239) Error with SAP gateway communication; check if SAP gateway is closed
- In the system logs, SM21:
