3121441 - S/4HANA Cloud 2111 - Custom Tiles not displayed in Fiori Launchpad Pages

Symptom

After the upgrade to release 2111, Custom Tiles are not displayed in the Fiori Launchpad if running on "Spaces" mode.

Checking the relevant Fiori Page in app "Manage Launchpad Pages", the Custom Tiles show text [Custom Tile] instead of the expected Custom App.
