How to disable the due date for New hire data review in Onboarding

Environment

SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ONBOARDING

Reproducing the Issue

Login to the system

Open Onboarding Dashboard

And now you see due date column is available

Resolution

There is no toggle switch to disable only due date option for new hire data review/ personal data collection / additional data collection and document flow. The due date is automatically picked based on the start date. 

Due date can only be controlled for Onboarding or Offboarding Tasks. You can make the task required (Yes / No), but Also you can choose the required task option as Yes and choose no of days for due date.

  1. Go to Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks
  2. Choose onboarding program and click on edit option
  3. Again choose desired task and click on edit option
  4. Now you can choose no of due date and click done.
