3121595 - Time Off data integration - Class CL_HRSFEC*** could not be instantiated

Symptom

When replicating the employee's Time-off (absences) from SuccessFactors Employee Central to IT2001, the following error is observed in the Application Log transaction SLG1:

  • Data for EMPLOYEE_TIME could not be retrieved. Inconsistent proxy with ext. code [external code ID]
  • Class CL_HRSFEC_TIM_ITEM_CONT_ET could not be instantiated. Please contact support.
  • Replicated time data cannot be processed.

A similar error can be observed if you are replicating Time Account Types to the Absence Quota Types (IT2006):

  • Data for TIME_ACCOUNT could not be retrieved. Inconsistent proxy with ext. code [external code ID]
  • Class CL_HRSFEC_TIM_ITEM_CONT_TA could not be instantiated. Please contact support. 
  • Replicated time data cannot be processed.
