3121618 - Unable to run any tasks after fresh agent install - Cloud Integration for data services

• Tasks start and reach step 'JOB:Returning task to agent (/agent_request)' in the trace log then go no further
• Tasks appear to hang when run
• The agent is showing green status on the agent tab in the organization
• On premise agent log shows entries:
  2021-11-18 20:13:24 UTC INFO: No jobservers available
  2021-11-18 20:13:24 UTC INFO: Could not get jobserver connection to obtain machine Statistics information
• Diagnostic file does not show any failures
• The install log shows errors like:
  [Oct 27, 2021 15:59:16] ERROR: Failed to create SSL keys and certificates for the Job Server.
  [Oct 27, 2021 15:59:16] ERROR: Failed to set up the keystore for Job Server.
  [Oct 27, 2021 15:59:43] ERROR: An error occurred during Job Server configuration.
