3121635 - Cannot Use Product For an Outbound Pick Task


You are not able to use a stock for a outbound pick task, allocate it, consume it, change the status or anything else with this stock. This is happening even considering that the Warehouse Order and Customer return document are finished.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Outbound Logistics workcenter.
  2. Go to Stock Overview subview.
  3. Search for the desired product ID and enter its respective Logistics Area.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Go to the Document Flow.

You notice that it is still tagged to an Inbound Delivery, even considering that the Warehouse order and Customer return document related were all finished.


Checking the Customer Return Delivery Notification, the setted Follow-up Activity is Return to Supplier. This lead to the delivery tag to be present across the stock even after the Inbound Delivery is release and the Customer Return completed, as the system expects a Return to Supplier to be created after the Inbound Delivery is completed.

This is an expected scenario and hence the tagging of the Inbound Delivery is valid.


You can cancel the Inbound Delivery and Inbound Delivery Notification and create a new notification with a different follow up activity.
