Symptom

It is not possible to change the time zone while scheduling a report in Report Distributor (legacy Report Distributor tool)

Environment

SAP SuccessFactor HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Report Distributor
  2. Create a new bundle or edit an existent one
  3. Click on "Schedule" tab
  4. Add a new schedule
  5. Note that there is no "time zone" option

Cause

System limitation

Resolution

It is not possible to change the time zone in the Report Distributor. It will be set to the same time zone as the operational system of your computer.
