3121662 - Collector Framework has errors for Advanced Integration Monitoring

Symptom

  • When you open the Agent Internals there are errors displayed for Advanced Integration Monitoring.
  • In the Simple Diagnostics Agent logs you see the following exceptions:
    • ERROR [aim Worker <collector_id> ] com.sap.solman.agent.cfwk.collect.AbstractCollector unexpected exception for collector <collector_id>

      java.time.format.DateTimeParseException: Text '<script>' could not be parsed at index 0
    • ERROR [aim Worker <collector_id>] com.sap.solman.agent.cfwk.collect.AbstractCollector exception for collector <collector_id> 

      com.sap.solman.agent.aim.AimException: com.sap.solman.agent.aim.pi.java.HttpClientException: javax.xml.bind.UnmarshalException

       - with linked exception:

      [com.sun.istack.internal.SAXParseException2; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 9; unexpected element (uri:"", local:"script"). Expected elements are <{}ChannelStatusResult>,<{}Channels>]
