Terminated employee has not shown up on the Offboarding Work Queue.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Reproducing the Issue
- Login BizX
- Go to On/Offboarding Work Queue
- Hiring Manager cannot find the employee
Cause
Activity is assigned to a different Hiring Manager.
Resolution
In order to solve this issue either the activity should be reassigned to the desired Hiring Manager or the actual Hiring Manager should complete the activity.
