3122272 - "Current user is neither owner nor manager of the selected region" error when changing Work Status with a Parent Node selected - BPC 10.1

Symptom

When trying to change Work Status from “Unlocked” to “Closed ”, the user receives an error if he selects a Parent node of the hierarchy entity and check “On All Descendants”.

Error message received: "Current user is neither owner nor manager of the selected region"
