3122306 - MEQ1 Quota Arrangement First Validity Period Not Start from Future Date

Symptom

  • When creating a quota arrangement the first period in the MEQ1, "Valid From" can not be a future date.
  • In MEQ1, it is noticed that the 'Valid From' field is greyed out and not editable.
