3122379 - BOM characteristic gets lost in credit memo request when refunding advanced returns order

Symptom

When creating returns order with BOM, a credit memo request is generated automatically. You notice that BOM characteristics are missing in credit memo request. For example:

  • UEPOS is missing in BOM subitems
  • Item category can not be determined or unexpected item category is determined
  • BOM header or subitems are missing in credit memo request
