Symptom

  • You are trying to launch the BPA application and after selecting a SID and a Key Figure, you get error message: No KPI was selected. Please select one KPI before you continue with ‘Confirm Selection’
  • In Tx SLG1 under Object SMKPI_LOG  there are errors related to connection SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL
  • Browser Developer tools shows error message AGS_BPA/017 = Cannot read information from KPI catalog
